Location

Le Sodole Country Resort is in the centre of Tuscany, along the FI-PI-LI (Florence-Pisa-Livorno) highway, approximately 30 km from Pisa and 50 km from Florence.

The recommended exit is "Pontedera", a town known for having created the mythical Vespa - by Piaggio - to which a museum is now dedicated. The area, characterised by gentle hills covered with vineyards and forests, is the ideal place for those who want to easily reach art towns, such as Lucca, Volterra, San Miniato, Siena and San Gimignano. The Tyrrhenian coast can be reached easily (40 minutes by car for Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, an hour for Bibbona and Donoratico), while from Piombino (an hour and a half by road) you can embark for the fascinating island of Elba (an hour by boat).

How to reach us

BY CAR: exit at Pontedera from the FI-PI-LI and take the second exit from the traffic circle in the direction of Montecastello. After approximately 1 km and a half turn right onto Via de Le Sodole.
BY TRAIN: taking the Pisa-Florence rail line, get off at Pontedera station and take a taxi (10 minutes) to Le Sodole.
BY PLANE: Pisa Airport is approximately 25 km from the resort, while Florence is 50 km.
